People of An Tir, once more ‘tis time to follow our Noble Baronesses to the Battleﬁeld! Join us for a time of great valor, excitement, learning and camaraderie. There will be tournaments for Heavy and Rapier. Archers take note! This year we will have both combat and target archery! There will be Arts and Sciences competitions including a Siege Cooking contest and Heraldic Display contest, and classes, a potluck Feast and so much more! Drummers, Dancers, Singers and Storytellers are encouraged to share their skills at the Saturday night Feast and throughout the event. Also, polling for the next Baron and Baroness of Vulkanfeldt will take place.
The site this year is once again Yakima Sportsmen State Park. This is a beautiful, green and comfortable site with space for RV’s and permanent bathrooms. (ad- ditional fee for RV parking) Merchants are encouraged to attend and there is no merchant fee. There are a number of grocery stores and motels within easy distance of the site.
Site is discreetly wet, and ALL mundane laws apply.
Site fee: $15 for adults, $10 youth 5-16, children 5 and under free. $5 NMS does apply Day fee $12 for adults and $8 youth. $5 NMS also applies. There is a family cap of $40, not including NMS fee. Make checks payable to Barony of Vulkanfeldt, SCA, Inc.
Directions:From I-82: Take exit #34. Travel east approximately one mile to Keys Rd. (first road after crossing). Turn left, and go approximately one mile to park entrance. Turn left into park.

In regards to marijuana laws, all SCA participants should follow modern law, both State and Federal. As it is still illegal under Federal law, marijuana is prohibited at SCA functions. Jan 2013 Board Meeting.
